'Tis the season to get a grip.
Yesterday was my first day back at work in over a week. I was only there for about three hours setting up one room, but it does a body good to feel useful for a few hours.
Today is day three of my Special K Challenge. It’s pretty easy, but I really don’t feel like it’s making any difference at all.
